SHIPPING POLICY
All of Wave #ModaÉtica international deliveries are provided by FedEx.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and starts from the date of dispatch. Wave #ModaÉtica is not responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues, holidays or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Please note that delivery outside of Mexico may be subject to local import taxes and duties, which are your responsibility where they apply.
Estimated delivery times for international orders are 2 to 4 business days with express shipping and 4 to 6 business days with standard shipping to the USA and Canada.
Worldwide shipping delivery times, depends on the country. We aim to dispatch all orders within the next business day. Orders must be placed by 12.00 pm for same day dispatch.
Orders placed during the weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) or holidays will be processed on Monday or the next business day.
Upon order placement, you will receive an email confirmation and within the next 48 hours you will receive an e-mail specifying the tracking number. Please, provide us with a valid email in your order information.
LOCAL DELIVERY IN PUERTO VALLARTA
If your are coming to visit Puerto Vallarta, we are here. Please select local delivery on your order check out and provide us a local address to avoid pay shipping fee. Your hotel or Airbnb address works. We'll contact you by whatsapp message after your order is confirmed to coordinate delivery. Please, provide us with a valid cell number on your order information to contact you.
DELIVERY DELAY
Many countries have reduced flights as a result of Covid-19. Your package may be taking more than normal as a result. We are doing everything possible to ensure your orders are received as soon as possible.
