We invite you to read carefully our exchange policy.
- The item (swimsuit/ hat) is returned in the original packing within 3 days or your order delivery. After that time, we will not be able to exchange.
- Returned item must be in its original condition (new and saleable condition).
- The item tags are still attached to the product.
- We are only able to grant sizing exchanges for swimsuit once. Please check our sizing chart. if you need help, conctact us.
- Exchange does not apply on sale items or with code of promotion. Or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). No refund.
- Please note that if you need to return your item, you will be asked to cover the shipping costs and re-shipping fee. And also, taxes and customs in case they apply.
- Wave #ModaÉtica is not responsible for unreceived returns.
- Wave #ModaÉtica is not responsible in case the return is stopped at customs and the return liable for duties.
Note: Returned item that have been damaged, soiled, washed, worn, altered or missing tags. Will be returned back to the costumer and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
