For Wave #ModaEtica, being satisfied with your product is paramount, which is why we have strict quality controls to always deliver the best product. We invite you to carefully read the exchange policies:

1. The product (swimsuit/hat) must be returned in the original packaging.

2. The product (swimsuit/hat) must not show signs of damage or wear.

3. All original tags must still be on the product (swimsuit/hat).

4. You have 3 days from receipt to request the change. After the date, the change will not be valid.

5. Only size changes will be made, not the product or design.

6. Size changes will only be made once. Please review the size guide carefully before making your purchase and if you have any questions, write to us.

7. In no case will refunds be made.

8. The change does NOT apply to products on sale, clearance or with any promotional code. Or on custom products, such as special orders.

9. Please note that if you need to return your item for a size exchange, you will be asked to cover shipping and reshipping costs.

10. Please note that we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items/packages due to any failure of the parcel service.

Important note: Returned products (swimsuit/hat) that have been damaged, dirty, worn, altered or without labels will be returned to the customer and we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
