EXCHANGE POLICY

We want all of our customers to receive products of exceptional quality. Our swimsuits designs are carefully verified one by one before being sent, in order to identify any issue that may arise.

Upon receiving your shipment, it is important that you check carefully the condition of the items you have purchased, ensuring that their packaging shows no traces of damage.

In case you want to exchange sizing. We invite you to read carefully our exchange policy.

  1. The item is returned in the original packing within 3 days or your order delivery. After that time, we will not be able to exchange.
  2. Returned item must be in its original condition (new and saleable condition). 
  3. The item tags are still attached to the product.
  4. We are only able to grant sizing exchanges for each item once. Please check our sizing chart. if you need help, conctact us. 
  5. Exchange does not apply on sale items or with code of promotion. Or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). No refund.
  6. Please note that if you need to return your item, you will be asked to cover the shipping costs and re-shipping fee to send the new item. And also, taxes and customs in case they apply.
  7. Wave #ModaÉtica is not responsible for unreceived returns.
  8. Wave #ModaÉtica is not responsible in case the return is stopped at customs and the return liable for duties.

Note: Returned item that have been damaged, soiled, washed, worn, altered or missing tags. Will be returned back to the costumer and we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.
